The wicked these days like to hold themselves hostage. They say that teaching the truth makes them so depressed that they want to kill themselves. They talk about preaching the truth as making them commit suicide because they are so depressed.
There is something critical we need to realize about this thinking.
EVERYONE knows that prophets in old days often paid the price for teaching the truth with their lives. They were killed by those they taught. Those they taught so angered at being "judged" by these prophets that they murdered them.
We need to put two and two together. Those who give the adversary such sway in their souls by thier sins that they will take their own life should give us pause. Not the pause that they ask for, the opposite if anything.
We should realize, and be certain, of this: those who the adversary can so influence that they will kill themselves are the same breed and type as those who the adversary so influenced to kill others, even to kill the prophets of the God in the past. If they will place the dagger at their own throat over God's teachings, have no doubt we are talking about the same group who put the dagger into the chest of the prophets in days past.
We need to put two and two together. When Satan has such sway over an individual that he can get them to take their own life over the pain they feel at divine truth, they are not so far as we would like to believe from being able to be moved to take the life of the person who preaches it.
They who take themselves hostage now to silence the truth will, as soon as the adversary believes it will be a better strategy for his cause in these days, be inspired to seek the life of those who taught it instead.
Those who threaten their own lives over the truth will one day seek to kill those who teach it instead
